| "well, let's start with they forgot to pick us up and we had to scramble to get a cab to take us to the pier in time. Secondly, you do not get to choose your boat, they choose it for you. Thirdly the gear on the boat did not work, the downrigger was broken so we could not fish the way intended. We had told them about their missing to pick us up and they assured us they would take us back, but when we returned and went straight to the office, lo and behold all of the transportation vans had left. All in all, staff is disinterested, advertising falsely and do not maintain their equipment. They only ones that got hooked were us. " |
