Places to Catch Big Redfish
Redfish, also called Red Drum or Spot Tails, are a fun species of fish to catch. They can be pretty large and put up a solid battle against the angler. They also make for good eating. My favorite way to prepare fresh redfish is by frying them after a big catch. Redfish are usually found in shallow saltwater in bays, lagoons, inlets, and marshes. An ideal time to fish for them is when the tide is coming in. Below is a list of the top places in the U.S. to fish for reds.
